A low mileage, lovely condition 993 Carrera 2 manual coupe with low owners and air con.
The holy grail.
And it gets better - the first owner was one Martin Brundle.
The car was delivered new to the famous F1 driver and broadcaster by the St Albans main dealer in March 1994, the year he drove the number 8 McLaren vacated by Ayrton Senna, at a price of £57,175. According to the invoice it originally wore the registration number 99MB.
From here the car went into a Private Collection in Norfolk where it stayed until 2004 and covered very few miles - under 14,000 in total to this point. The car was bought out of the collection in July of that year, but was only kept for a little over a year by the next owner, who took the mileage up to nearly 19,000 miles. It was then bought by a gentleman in Bedfordshire who has been the keeper since and has taken it on to the 36,000 miles it now shows, giving a total of four owners.
It is in exceptional order inside and out, at least as good as you expect for the mileage, possibly even a little better, and it drives perfectly.
Factory specified extras include air conditioning (a £2425.54 option at the time!), cruise control, electric sunroof and rear wiper.
The car was initially serviced twice by Porsche Cambridge, then Porsche Reading, then Guildford, before moving out of the OPC servicing network. It was last serviced by Autofarm at 29,673 miles, then MotorFarm at 35,600.
993s like this are becoming increasingly tricky to find and are unlikely to get any cheaper.
